WHAT WE DO

Architectural and structural design
We do the structural design of all the projects executed by us using our patent algorithm.

DSPM maps the stress paths of the structure. It optimizes structural element configuration for enhanced performance while reducing material.

Structural Analysis tools in use today ( Staad, SAP2000, Etabs, Tekla, NISA, FEM /FEA )

Customized robotic fabrication
Our handpicked and trained fabrication partners to adhere to strict quality and process guidelines.
Fabrication of the customized sections for each project using a robotic automatic beam welding machine to maintain the best of quality and accuracy. Our margin of error is less than 3mm over 10 m.
Each section goes through a stringent quality check and non-destructive testing before shipment.

Construction
Since most of our structural systems are prefabricated, It is assembled on-site with just a handful of trained professionals who follow a strict site manual. Hence our construction uses 70% lesser labour than a typical RCC construction, has no on-site pollution during erection.
We also use our patented building product like the deep deck to improve performance, reduce cost and increase speed.

2014

Change Of State ( Bangalore ) is formed by Architect/ Civil engineer /Designer Kiran Kakde as a research, design and consulting company with a focus on new construction methods ( especially steel ).
2016

DSPM algorithm is developed and soft testing of the technology begins.

The first project is completed using DSPM – Nexa Belgaum
2017 - 2018

The unique DSPM decking system is used for the first time to bring better efficiency to structure ( isolate the need of purlins ) – South India Mall

The first AI designed structure using DSPM reduces the consumption of steel by 50 % for the fully dismantlable structure of Aurinko school ( steel and precast ). A special double T precast section is designed for the same.

DSPM is certified by Heriot watt University, Edinburgh, UK. DSPM gets EN certification 5950-1 and begins projects in the UK. Edinburgh Marriot Hotel is designed using DSPM.

Vertical Performance Structure is registered as a design and build a steel construction company.
